4. Orders & Proofs

Once you place an order and upload your artwork or request design help, we may provide you with a digital proof for approval. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content, spelling, layout, and design. We are not responsible for errors that were approved by the customer.

5. Turnaround Times & Shipping

Turnaround times vary by product and begin after final approval of artwork and payment confirmation. Estimated shipping times are not guaranteed and may be affected by external factors.

6. Cancellations & Refunds

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of placement if production has not started. Due to the custom nature of our products, all sales are final after printing has begun.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 3 business days of receiving your order.
